Off-track Coverage of Drivers
Shooting began at Ferrari of Dallas with our Ferrari Driver Jon Ward. Interestingly, unlike the other drivers, Jon simply takes his race car into the dealership for service so that is where we did his driver prep interview.

12:00 Lunch (got to have lunch)

Joe Dea, the director of our reality program: MotorSport Ranch, arrived in Dallas this evening and we (Bob Bennett, Scott Ryan and I) met at Cool River near the DFW Airport. This was the first meeting we had regarding the show since Joe’s previous visit to Dallas and we had a lot to go over. Joe had done a lot of work! We reviewed his shot lists, daily schedules and budget. He had been working closely with Molly the Production Coordinator (I had no idea how much had already been done). Soon we finished our review of the business items and we enjoyed our steaks and readied ourselves for the compressed shooting schedule we had in store.
Would we be able to get enough in the can to create a good show?
